The breakfast was great and very filling, which helped us save money during our city trip. The location was perfect for exploring the city center, within easy walking distance of all the popular attractions and right next to public transport. The view from our balcony room was amazing and we enjoyed sitting out there to take in the sights and sounds of the city.
The hotel seemed to have some issues with their valet parking service. Our car was deemed "too big" to park and we had to self-park outside the hotel. This was inconvenient and unexpected, but at least we were still able to park relatively close to the hotel. Additionally, we noticed that one of the staff members was behaving inappropriately, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable during our stay.

Stayed for Easter weekend and loved the complementary chocolate bunnies left on our pillows! Hotel was in a prime location near lots of attractions and some great restaurants. The trolley stop nearby made it easy to explore the area. The rooftop bar was a favourite, with amazing views of the city.
Our room seemed a bit dated and in need of some renovation. The couch and other furniture looked worn out. However, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and was a nice way to start the day.

Accommodating room, all in all had nice stay.
The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of I am a Man. My room had recently been renovated with the balcony as well as a full-size pull out couch. The staff were helpful and top-class lot of time.

Decent and perfectly fine place, I loved helpful personnel.
I booked it many times and recommend. The hotel was clean, the room was cozy and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. They offered me tea and hot waffles. The airport was 12 miles away from here, favourable and easy location.

Location was great! The room was very tastefully decorated so it made relaxing when in room pleasurable.
The counter where the coffee pot set was dirty. Saw a car down the hall with no cleaning person in sight, so I took the spray cleaner and cleaned the counter myself. To the left of the nightstand on left side of bed was a dirty napkin, so I threw that away. Seemed like the maid was in to big a hurry to do a thorough job.

the room was very nice with desk, fridge, microwave, couch. Beds were so comfortable
the staff said we did not have a reservation. I was exhausted and about ready to cry after missing our connection flight earlier. He said Booking . com did not use the right confirmation code as theirs starts with an A. He would not even try to find me, just said contact whoever booked you because you don't have a room and we are full. I called you guys and one of you talked to him and we had our room.

The location was very good. We spent most of our time on Beale Street, and the hotel was within walking distance.

The location near the trolley was definitely a plus. The hotel was also adjacent to the park where you could enjoy nature or just relax outdoors. The continental breakfast was good. The food could have been a little warmer but overall good. I would recommend this hotel.
The elevators were very slow and the hallways outside the rooms were very cold. The maid service was average; not very good at cleaning the rooms.
