The location was a major highlight, just a short walk to attractions and a convenient Walgreens nearby for any essentials. However, the wait time for the elevators was frustrating, often leading us to take the stairs. Housekeeping's lack of attention to detail, especially the dirty carpets and dusty air vents, detracted from the overall experience.

I really enjoyed the cozy King Studio with Sofa Bed, especially the little kitchenette for late-night snacks and the soft bedding that made for a great sleep. The pool and hot tub were perfect spots to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The only downside was the parking situation, which was a bit pricey, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 😊

The complimentary breakfast was a game changer. I found out upon check-in, which saved us a bunch of cash. You could make your own waffles! Also, the location is prime. Just a short walk to Beale St and the riverboat cruise point, perfect for kids and adults alike.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations — it had options like waffles, hot dishes, and fresh fruit. However, check-in was a bit chaotic. They didn't inform us about the individual room names on the reservation until we arrived. Also, the air conditioning unit in the room was very noisy, which disturbed my sleep. The pool was closed during my stay, which was disappointing since the website said it would be open.
