Lovely location and spacious room, perfect for my solo adventure! The hotel was conveniently close to attractions, and I enjoyed my stay despite some hiccups.
Jiggling the toilet handle was my cardio for the trip.

The room was comfy and spacious, which was nice. We even had two TVs and could log into YouTube! Breakfast was surprisingly good too. However, the internet was kinda slow, which was frustrating because I had to reload stuff a lot.

missingWrote a review on Aug 26convenient locationfriendly staffexpensive parkingslow elevatorpoor cleanliness
Valet parking was mandatory and costly at $29 per night, which felt excessive, especially with parking accessibility issues. The location was a major highlight, just a short walk to attractions and a convenient Walgreens nearby for any essentials. However, the wait time for the elevators was frustrating, often leading us to take the stairs. Housekeeping's lack of attention to detail, especially the dirty carpets and dusty air vents, detracted from the overall experience.

I really enjoyed the cozy King Studio with Sofa Bed, especially the little kitchenette for late-night snacks and the soft bedding that made for a great sleep. The pool and hot tub were perfect spots to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The only downside was the parking situation, which was a bit pricey, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 😊

This place was a solid match for a date night in Memphis with reasonable value. The breakfast beats anything I've had at similar hotels. Make sure to ask for local dining recommendations if you're looking for something besides BBQ.

Recommend it for families looking for space
The complimentary breakfast was a game changer. I found out upon check-in, which saved us a bunch of cash. You could make your own waffles! Also, the location is prime. Just a short walk to Beale St and the riverboat cruise point, perfect for kids and adults alike.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still reasonable for what we got.

I had a lovely stay at Springhill Suites. The location is fantastic, just a quick walk to Beale Street, and there's a trolley stop right outside. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. My King Studio was spacious and recently renovated, with a nice setup that included a small kitchen and a comfy sofa area. Breakfast exceeded my expectations — it had options like waffles, hot dishes, and fresh fruit. However, check-in was a bit chaotic. They didn't inform us about the individual room names on the reservation until we arrived. Also, the air conditioning unit in the room was very noisy, which disturbed my sleep. The pool was closed during my stay, which was disappointing since the website said it would be open.
